The movie starts with Chinni (Nagarjuna) revealing, on a train journey from Pune to Hyderabad, that he just got out of jail after seven years. His past is revealed in a flash back. He had been a singer, waiting for the big break. Indu (Simran Bagga) hears his voice, though she doesn't see him and becomes his fan. When Chinni realizes this, he tries to reveal who he is but circumstances place him and Indu in situations where she ends up thinking that he is a rowdy. Chinni ultimately becomes responsible for her losing her eyesight too. He devotes himself to her from then onwards attending to her every need. She learns to respect and love him too, thinking that he is the singer and not knowing that he is the same person she thought was a rowdy.

Ravi (Uday Kiran) is the son of a multimillionaire in Hyderabad. Vasundhara (Anita), is the daughter of a milk supplier. Ravi and Vasundhara both study in the same college. The film starts with Vasundhara showing hatred towards Ravi, as he is a sportsman who is not good in his studies. Over a period of time, her hatred turns into love. Finally, they both fall in love, but their parents do not agree with their marriage. Parents plan to avoid the marriage by giving the couple a clause that they should not meet each other for one year. If their love remains even after one year then their parents would agree to let them marry. Father of Ravi puts him under house arrest in Mumbai. While Vasundhara's father takes her to his hometown and arranges a forced marriage. However, both Ravi and Vasundhara manage to escape. The rest of the story is about how the pair unites against all odds.

While the lender comes and asks for money,his friends refuses to return.So Siva had to drop his college and for returning the loan the lender takes him to the nearby town where he had to work under liquor mafia.There he meets Gayatri and some silly stuff goes on between them which turns into love and Gayatri comes to know that she is pregnant. Meanwhile Siva tries to get his mistake (getting Nagaraj killed because of him and his friend Toofan) set right by stealing the money from his owner and at the same time there would be chaos in the building they work.
